Directions

A9 The mound. 

When entering Lairg from Rogart direction (A839), continue down Main Street, take the second junction on your left, and continue up the hill past the tennis courts; the entrance gate is straight ahead, where the attendants will greet you to pay your entry and show you towards the parking area. 

Bonar/Ardgay. 

When entering Lairg from Bonar Bridge/Ardgay, continue past the bridge and take your first right up Main street. Take the second right and continue past the tennis courts; the entrance gate is straight ahead, where the attendants will greet you to pay for your entry and show you towards the parking area. 

West Coast (Kinlochbervie/Durness/Altnaharra/Tongue/Shinness) 

When entering Lairg from the west coast, continue past Shin Stores (SPAR), past the war memorial and turn left up Main Street. Take the second right and continue past the tennis courts; the entrance gate is straight ahead, where the attendants will greet you to pay for your entry and show you towards the parking area.
